Commencement will be held in the Edmunds' Center on Sunday, May 11.
The baccalaureate service will be at 10:00 A.M. and the graduation
ceremony at 2 P.M. The faculty line-of-march will form at 9:30 A.M.
and again at 1:30 P.M. in the inside corridor of the west side cf &eEdrrunds'
Center. All faculty members are expected to attend, in full regalia,
unless officially excused.
Dr. Raymond Cannon was one of ten mathematicians invited to attend a
curriculum development conference, to be held June 15-27 in Rockport,
Massachusetts. The conference is part of Project CALC, sponsored by
the Education Development Center.
Charles Mark Aulick has been awarded a teaching assistantship in the
Mathematics Department at Florida State University.
Roger F. Redlein has been awarded a teaching assistantship in the Mathematics Department at Ohio State University.
REMINDER: All grades are due in the Registrar's Office by 8:00 A.M.
Tuesday, May 13th.

Minnesota Avenue Fire Lane:
The University's fire underwriters are having us establish a fire lane for
the length of Minnesota Avenue within the campus. This is to be an area
of absolutely no parking and no vehicle is to be left unattended if stopped
in this area.
