Mr. Fred Messersrnith, Chairman of the Department of Art, is having a one-man
exhibition of his works at the Loch Haven Art Center, Orlando. The show opened
April 6 and will close April 27. Our congratulations to Mr. Messersrnith.
REMINDER: Examinations are not to be given early except by special permission.
Please do not place your colleagues in an embarrassing situation by scheduling
yours early.
Pre-registration for the summer session and fall semester will be April 14, 15,
and 16.
Commencement will be held in the Edmunds' Center on Sunday, May 11. The baccalaureate service will be at 10:00 A.M. and the graduation ceremony at 2 P.M.
Lines-of-march will form one half hour prior to each service. All faculty members
are expected to attend, in full regalia, unless officially excused. Those in need of
regalia may order same through the Bookstore. It is suggested that such orders be
placed immediately.
The faculty should be reminded that faculty and students with ID cards will be
charged $1.50 for the Opera performances April 17, 18, 19. General Admission is
$3. 00 for adults, $1. 50 for children 12 and under. Reservations taken at the box
office from 3:30 - 5:30 beginning April 7th. The Tuesday dress rehearsal is free,
but requires advanced reservation also.
