Monday, June 20, Ls the Stetson Blood Drive for the Summer Term, The Red
Cross will have staff and facilities set up in Rooms 204-205 in the CUB from
10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Please make this announcement to your class members, and do what you can to encourage others to do so.
Re: Travel Allowances - Effective June 1, 1975, the University has increased
the basic allowances for meals and mileage to be paid for approved travel. The
meals allowance is increased from $6. 00 to $8. 00 per day and the mileage is
increased from 8£ to 10£ per mile.
Budget supervisors are cautioned that no increases in travel budgets are being
made and that departments will be expected to make appropriate adjustments in
over-all travel scheduling to offset these increased allowable rates. We must
still live within the total budgeted allowances.
Existing travel forms will be utilized by changing the rates shown on the forms.
