2004 Fall Commencement for candidates of graduate degrees is scheduled for Friday, December 17 at 7:00 p.m.
in Elizabeth Hall Chapel. Stuart Michelson and Deb Touchton will give the faculty addresses. Commencement for
candidates of baccalaureate degrees is scheduled for Saturday, December 18 at 9:00 a.m. in Elizabeth Hall
Chapel, and John Pearson will be the featured faculty speaker. The line of march forms 30 minutes prior to each
ceremony in the first floor hallway. Full regalia is required. The Line of March is posted to

APPLICATIONS FOR HAND GRANTS. Faculty applications for Hand Grants for Professional Development Projects
and Hand Grants for Course Enhancement are now being accepted. They are due to Department Chairs on January
24, 2005. The application can be found in the "Faculty Professional Development Opportunities" handbook, which
is available in hard copy from the Office of Academic Affairs as well as electronically on the Academic Affairs web
page (www.stetson.edu/offices/academicaffairs). Traditionally, a total of six grants of $2,000 each are awarded.

American Cancer Society Relay For Life is scheduled for April 8 and 9, 2005, and the Stetson Community is asked
to participate. Make plans to from a team with your school, department, family and friends, or anyone who is
