ANNOUNCEMENTS
2001 Fall Commencement is scheduled for Saturday, December 15 at 9:00 a.m. in the Edmunds Center. The
Faculty Line of March forms at 8:30 a.m. in the Lower West Corridor of the Edmunds Center and all faculty should
plan to attend. Full regalia is required. The Line of March is published elsewhere in this edition of The Newsletter.

HAND GRANTS DEADLINE. Faculty applications for Hand Grants for Professional Development Projects and Hand
Grants for Course Enhancement are now being accepted. They are due to Department Chairs on January 18 (a
change from the original published date). The application is attached elsewhere to The Newsletter and can also-be
found in the "Faculty Professional Development Opportunities" handbook, which is available through the Office of
Academic Affairs as well as the Academic Affairs web page (www.stetson.edu/offices/academicaffairs).
