Academic Promotion and Tenure Workshop
John Schorr, Chair of the University Academic Promotion and Tenure Committee, announces a workshop to
be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, in CUB Rooms 204/205. An invitation to attend is extended
to all members of the University Promotion and Tenure Committee; members of the Promotion and Tenure
Committees from the respective college/schools; all department chairs; and all potential candidates for
promotion and tenure. Attendees may want to bring sections 4.10.10.3 through 4.10.10.4.4 of their
Faculty Handbook. The Council of Deans will provide light refreshments. From: John Schorr
Attention Faculty: Class rolls for the grade inventory have been distributed. Please record any "C-" or Lower
grades that you have, verify by your signature that the rolls are correct, and return ALL rolls, even if you
have no "C-" or Lower grades to report, to the Registrar's office by 9 A.M., Friday, October 13. If you have
any questions, or have not received a grade roll for a class, please call ext. 7143. We appreciate your
