2000 Fall Commencement is scheduled for Saturday, December 16 at 9:00 a.m. in the Edmunds Center. All
faculty are asked to march. Please find the Line of March attached elsewhere to this edition of The Newsletter.

Grades Due:
Grades for graduating seniors are due in the Registrar's Office by 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14.
Final grades for all students are due in the Registrar's Office by 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27.

Important Payroll Dates
The Office of Administrative Services announces some important payroll dates related to the end of the semester
and the Christmas holidays:
The student payroll pay date will be Dec. 12 and approved timecards are due Tuesday, Dec. 5.
The bi-weekly payroll for the period ending Dec. 15 will be paid on Dec. 21 and all timecards should be submitted
the morning of Dec. 15, with an estimate of the hours for Dec. 15.
The December monthly payroll pay date is set for Dec. 20. All calendars for prior months and any new paperwork
(i.e. PAF's and Deduction Change Orders) should also be submitted on or before Dec. 13.

The January Faculty Meeting has been rescheduled to Friday, January 26 at 4:00 p.m., in Elizabeth Hall Chapel.
Faculty are asked to make note of the change. Minutes of the Faculty Meeting held November 29 are attached

Opportunities" handbook, which is available through the Office of Academic Affairs as well as the Academic
