ADVERTISING POLICY TO BE ENFORCED. The editorial board of The Reporter would like to remind administrators,
faculty, staff, and student organizations that the deadline for the reservation of advertising space in The Reporter
is seven (7) days prior to publication (5:00 p.m. on the Wednesdays prior to the subsequent Wednesday
distribution). Advertising copy or design instructions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Friday prior to the
subsequent Wednesday distribution date. The Reporter's 'Rates and Dates' brochure already outlines a late fee
that will be assessed if an advertiser requests/submits after either of the above deadlines. This fee has not been
rigorously enforced. The editorial board has asked Kristina Jones, our business manager, to strictly enforce the
fee in the future. This will help us prevent bottle-necking of our production cycle. Please contact Kristina Jones
or Jeff Hamrick at ext. 7224 with your questions or concerns.
