CLASSES BEGIN
2000 Fall Commencement is scheduled for Saturday, December 16 at 9:00 a.m. in the Edmunds Center. All
faculty are asked to march. Please arrive at 8:30 a.m. (Coffee will be available in the lobby). Please find the Line

Final grades for all students are due in the Registrar's Office by 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27.

Important Payroll Dates
The Office of Administrative Services announces some important payroll dates related to the end of the semester
and the Christmas holidays:
The bi-weekly payroll for the period ending Dec. 15 will be paid on Dec. 21 and all timecards should be submitted
the morning of Dec. 15, with an estimate of the hours for Dec. 15.
The December monthly payroll pay date is set for Dec. 20.

Please apply your erasers one more time as the January Faculty Meeting is again changed. Be advised that the
faculty will meet on January 26 at 12:00 noon in the Stetson Room and not as previously reported. A light lunch

Awards and Grants information and application forms are printed in the "Faculty Professional Development
Opportunities" handbook, which is available through the Office of Academic Affairs as well as the Academic
