FINAL GRADES FOR ALL STUDENTS ARE DUE IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE BY 9:00 A.M. TUESDAY, DECEMBER
20. Please don't forget to sign the rolls and hand deliver them if at all possible to the Registrar's Office. That way
we can resolve any problems that may exist. Faculty are reminded that the Registrar's Office has converted to
optically scanned grade rolls. Because the forms must pass through a machine to be read, they cannot be folded,
stapled or mutilated in any way. Errant marking of the form will also cause it to be rejected. We also request that
you pay particular attention to the instructions on the form so that we may minimize errors. Thank you in advance
for your cooperation. From: Al Wehrle
