ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Faculty Senate will meet Monday, December 9, 1991. Dinner will be at 6:00 p.m. in
the Private Dining Room of the Carlton Union Building. The meeting will follow at 6:45
p.m. in the Faculty Lounge. Dinner and the meeting are open to all faculty. Anyone
wishing to make a reservation for the dinner should call Jane Bradford, ext. 7175 or 7190,
before noon on Monday (cost $4.50). From: Jane Bradford, Secretary, Faculty Senate
FINAL GRADES for all students are due in the Registrar's Office by 9:00 a.m., Tuesday,
December 17. Please do not forget to sign the rolls and hand deliver them if at all
possible to the Registrar's Office so that, we can resolve any problems that may exist.
Faculty are reminded that the Registrar's Office has converted to optically scanned grade
rolls. Because the forms must pass through a machine to be read, they cannot be folded,
stapled or mutilated in any way. Errant marking of the form will also cause it to be
rejected. We also request that you pay particular attention to the instructions on the

COMMENCEMENT—Sunday, Deceiver 15, 1991, 1:30 p.m.—Elizabeth Hall Auditorium. The
faculty line-of-march will form at 1:00 p.m. in the hallway on the first floor of
Elizabeth Hall. Full academic regalia is expected. If you do not have academic regalia,
call the Bookstore, ext. 7160. There will be a reception for graduates, parents, and
faculty immediately following Commencement at the President's Home. The line-of-march
