UNIVERSITY FACULTY MEETING—Tuesday, September 19, 4:15-5:30 p.m. Davis Hall.
Discussion of report of Task Force on Quality of Student Life. Documents will be in
the mail on Monday, September 18. Apologies for lateness in getting these documents
to you. This meeting will be the first of many opportunities for discussion of

New faculty, senators, invited speakers, spouses. Don't forget the Faculty Senate
Reception for new faculty and spouses, Monday, September 18, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Faculty Lounge. The program will include refreshments, opportunity to meet faculty
colleagues, and orientation, and will last no later than 9:00 p.m.
