The annual ROTC Fall Awards Ceremony will be held on Monday, November 30, 1987, in the
Elizabeth Hall Chapel at 1:30 p.m. All faculty are invited to attend.

STETSON STUDENT, FACULTY AND STAFF BASKETBALL TICKET POLICY
EDMUNDS CENTER GAMES: All students, faculty and staff will be admitted to games by
presenting your Stetson ID and will sit in the general admission bleacher seating.
For those faculty and staff who prefer individual game "chairback" seats, on the day
of a week-night game or the day before a Saturday game, you may present ID cards for a
reserved ticket at no charge. This should be done during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and
noon. In the event of a sellout or potential sellout, these reserved seats will not
be available.
If faculty or staff desire reserved season tickets, they may be purchased at the
ticket office for half price.
OCEAN CENTER GAMES: Information regarding these tickets will appear in the December 5
and 12 issue of This Week.

The week of November 15-21 has been declared "Geography Awareness Week" by Congress
and was signed into law by the President. To support this, the Department of
Geography-Geology has set up a display in the DuPont Ball Library which will run for
the month of November. This display is an aerial pictorial of the world's worst
nuclear incident—The Chernobyl nuclear disaster. Using satellite photos, the display
shows the nuclear reactor site before and after this nuclear power accident.

A REMINDER: It is still not too late to contribute to Greenfeather-United Fund.
Students have raised more money than ever before and we hope that every member of the
Stetson family will contribute to this worthy cause. From: Dr. John Hague
Dr. Nick Maddox has rescheduled his presentation on the World Future Society
Conference to November 23 at 4:00 p.m. in Davis Hall Auditorium. The original meeting
was cancelled because it conflicted with the Arts & Sciences faculty meeting.
