FACULTY: There will not be a faculty meeting on Tuesday, December 13.

The next meeting of the Faculty Senate will be held at 6:45 p.m. on Monday, December
12, in the Private Dining Room of the Carlton Union Building. It will be preceded by
an optional dinner at 6:00 p.m. Those planning to dine should purchase a meal in the
Commons and bring their trays up to the Private Dining Room. Everyone in the academic

FACULTY: Final grades for all students are due in the Registrar's Office by 9:00 a.m.
Tuesday, December 20. A grade should be recorded for each student listed on the class
roll. If a student is absent from the final examination without permission from the
Dean, a grade of "FM should be reported. An incomplete grade may be given with
approval in advance of the student's academic Dean.
For withdrawals processed prior to October 24, a grade of "W" will already appear on
the roll. For withdrawals processed after October 24, the appropriate grade "WP" or
"WF" should be circled.
Please HAND DELIVER the grades to the Registrar's Office so any problems can be

The Instructional Media Center will be unable to accept requests for Winter Term films

A reminder: The deadline for submitting copy for the 1989-90 Stetson University
Bulletin is the last day of the fall term—Friday, December 16, 1988. Please send it
to me via campus mail (Box 8300) or deliver it to my office (223 Flagler). If I do
not receive any copy from your department or program at that time, I will assume that
your section is to be printed exactly as it appeared in the previous edition.

DECEMBER SALARIED PAYROLL: In line with long established custom, the December payroll
will be deposited to those personal accounts on Friday, December 16, instead of on the
last business day of the month. From: Mr. H. Graves Edmondson
The Stetson-Florida State basketball game (men) scheduled in Tallahassee on Friday,
December 9, will be televised live by the Sunshine Network. Game time is 7:00 p.m.
Local cable subscribers can view the game on Channel 37. It can also be picked up by
