Classes Begin
ANNOUNCEMENTS
The first general faculty meeting will be held on Monday, September 1,
1986, at 9:00 a.m. in Stover Theatre. This is an extremely important
occasion, and all faculty members are expected to be present.

The opening Convocation will be held on Wednesday, September 3, at 9:00
a.m. in the Forest of Arden. All faculty, unless officially excused,
should assemble in full academic regalia at 8:30 a.m. on the lawn
between Elizabeth and Presser Halls (in case of rain, assemble in
Elizabeth Hall).

The Faculty Senate will hold its orientation for new faculty on
Wednesday, September 3, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. in the Faculty Lounge. It is
hoped that all new faculty members and their spouses will attend, as
well as all senators and their spouses.
