DECEMBER SALARIED PAYROLL: In line with long established custom, the December payroll
will be deposited to those personal accounts, on Friday, December 18, instead of on
the last business day of the month.

The Professional Development Committee will sponsor a workshop on Monday, December 7,
from 4:30 to 7:15 p.m. in the Faculty Lounge. The topic will be grant writing and
will include information on corporate, foundation, and government funding sources,
individual faculty grants, and departmental institutional grants. A bibliography of
relevant books, directories, and periodicals that are available in.our library will
be compiled. Presenters will be Dr. Douglas Lee of the Office of Planning and
Development and Mr. Lee Patouillet, Associate Director for Program Development of
the Florida Endowment for the Humanities. Mr. Patouillet will provide,for interested
faculty and members of the community, a more thorough presentation on Tuesday morning,
December 8 from 8:45 to 11:15, in Room 204-205 of the Carlton Union Building. Dinner
will be provided during the Monday evening workshop, and coffee during the Tuesday
morning session. Please call extention 215 for reservations for the Monday evening
workshop and dinner, and for the Tuesday session. It is not necessary to attend
the entire session on Tuesday, although it is encouraged.
The last issue of The Stetson Reporter for this fall term will be on December 10, 1981.
Since there will not be an issue until January 15, 1982, we ask that if you have any
announcements for the Reporter concerning events taking place before January 15,
please send them to the Reporter, Box 1409, for publication in the December 10th issue.
The Barretts of Wimpole Street will be performed November 19th, 20th and 21st at
8:00 p.m. in Stover Theatre. All seats are reserved. Reservations may be made by
calling ext. 245 from 9:00 to 12:00 noon and the Box Office from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
through Saturday. Ticket prices are $3.00 for Adults, $2.00 for Senior Citizens and
$1.00 for Children under 12. Stetson Faculty and Students are Free with their I.D.
