Roll sheets for the FALL GRADE INVENTORY will be in the mail next week.
Please note this change from earlier practice: ALL roll sheets should be
corrected, signed, and returned by October 2 3 — whether you have any D
or F grades to report or not. Your signature on the sheet will constitute
your assurance that the roll (as you have corrected it) is an accurate
list of the students who are actually attending your class for credit.

Retirement Plan Applications: All full-time employees are reminded that it
is their personal responsibility to complete and promptly return application
forms for retirement plan participation. These are furnished by the Office
of the Comptroller immediately prior tc the employee becoming eligible for
the Plan. Retroactive deposits are not made.

mathematicTans in the United Kingdom, France, Japan, Canada and Mexico.
