We note with sadness the death of Miss Susie Brown in West Palm Beach
on September 16. Miss Brown served Stetson as Associate Librarian from
1942 - 1958. She was a kind, generous lady and a strong professional librarian. Several of us who were young professors during here tenure here
continue to appreciate the help and guidance she gave us.

A reminder to place your film orders as early as possible. Deadline for
all film orders for the Winter Term is December 10, 1978. Deadline for
ordering films for the Spring Term is February 20, 1979. There is a limited
amount of money left in the rental budget. Therefore, it is necessary
that careful planning of priorities will help to make full use of our

general A-V film rental fund to be used on a first come, first served basis
