WALT DISNEY WORLD is offering an unusual opportunity to the employees of Stetson
University. We are all invited to Jiminy Cricket's Christmas Party on Saturday,
December 9, from 2:00-10:00 p.m. With an all-inclusive price of $7.25(includes
parking) we will be entitled to unlimited use of the more than 45 Magic Kingdom
attractions. We will have three hours exclusive use of the Magic Kingdom
beginning at 7:00 p.m. Our reservations must be in by November 27, 1978, so
if you and your family desire to participate, notify the Office of the Dean of
the University in writing by noon, November 24. I hope many of you will
participate as we continue to build "community" at Stetson.

The University Forum which was held November 8-9 at Lake George was very well
planned and well executed. Marjorie Blair, Beth Fogle, and the committee
did an excellent job for the University. Faculty members present at the Forum
were: Rob Brady, John Hague, George Hood, Margaret Horton, Ken Jackson,
Richard Kindred, and Maxine Patterson. Attendance at functions like this is
an excellent way for us to show our students that we are concerned about them
as individuals and about what we are becoming as a University.
December Salaried Payroll: In line with long established custom the December
payroll will be deposited to those personal accounts on Friday, December 15,
instead of on the last business day of the month.

Professor Joel Wright recently conducted a training session on aging and retire-
ment for the Cooperative Extension Service of Volusia County. He spoke to
representatives of 25 women's organizations in the county who return to their
groups and guide them in their study of the subject. ___,
Amy Voorhis and Ellen Graham were absent on Tuesday, November 14 while on a
field trip to WESH-TV, Daytona Beach, as part of the class in Radio, TV, and
Film.
Students going on the Microbiology field trip to Regional Health Lab and Orange
County Pollution Control Lab in Orlando on Friday afternoon, November 17 are:
