"Stetson Town Meeting"
Elizabeth Hall Auditorium
Theru will be a "Stetson Town Meeting" on Wednesday morning, October 20, at 10:30 a.m. in
Elizabeth Hall Auditorium, immediately following Chapel. Members of the faculty, student
body and general Stetson community are invited to attend. The meeting is for the purpose
of communication. If you have questions or wish to express yourself on any matter of concern, this will provide an opportunity to do so.

If any faculty, administrative or staff member of the University have any children's tricycles they would like to donate or loan us for the "Green Feather Race" it will be greatly
appreciated. We will return them the same day if loaned or we will donate it to a worthy
charity if given to us.
We need approximately ten of them so please call and let us know if you have one.

There has been some apparent misunderstanding concerning the University tennis courts. Until
the beginning of tennis season (approximately January 5th) all University tennis courts are
available to all people associated with the University on a first come first serve basis.
The only exception to this policy concerns Wednesday afternoons from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. During
this period of time the courts by Stover Theatre are to be used by the varsity men's and
women's tennis team. When tennis season officially begins in January, the courts by Stover
Theatre will have to be used by the varsity teams every afternoon from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m.

The Faculty Discussion Group (or the Phoenix) will revive on October 27, 1976 in the Faculty
Lounge of the CUB at 7:30 p.m. All faculty members who are interested in attending are
cordially invited. Should you wish to read a paper at one of our monthly meetings, something you have published, hope to publish, or are just interested in, please contact Dr.
Rob Brady, extension 330, or Dr. William Johnson, extension 246.

On instructions from Mr. Graves Edmondson, new faculty and staff directories will be printed
after the new telephone system has been installed. However, an addendum may be obtained
from the News Bureau at this time.

Professor Paul Steeves, History Department, presented a paper, "Sources for the History of
Russian Protestantism in American Depositories," at the national convention of the American
Association for the Advancement of Slavic Studies, October 9.
