On November 30th, Mr. Richard Feasel was in Ludington, Michigan to guest
conduct a concert dedicating a new auditorium. Alumni of the Ludington High
School Bank had been invited to return for this occasion and among about 100
present were 13 Stetson-Ludington alumni who participated in the program. The
Ludington group at Stetson started with two students and within 5 years there were
21 Ludington students at Stetson.
Mr. Richard Feasel has been selected by The School Musician, Director and
Teacher, an international publication, as one of the ten most outstanding
educational music directors in the United States and Canada for the current
school year. Our congratulations to Mr. Feasel.

The West Volusia Council on Human Relations once again presents it Travel and
Adventure Series, Sundays 3:00 P.M. at the First Presbyterian Church. Seasonal
tickets for the remainder of the year are: Adult $6. 00 and Student $3. 00. Tickets
may be purchased in Jack Mabry's Office, Extension 210.
All members of the University community are concerned with our energy conservation program. For the latest billing period our consumption was 79. 5% of the
average consumption for the three previous years. We appreciate the cooperation
and support being given to these conservation efforts.
A word of particular caution is still needed: During the coming holiday season
special care will be needed to be certain that all unneeded energy consumption
services are turned off. Much of our plant is not automated. At times lights
and equipment are turned on by unauthorized persons, and we solicit your calls
to Extensions 279 or 237 if you note unnecessary energy consumption.
