The first meeting of the Faculty Senate will be Tuesday, September 16 at 6:45 P.M.
in the private dining room of the Carlton Union Building. All elected senators are
of course expected to be there, but any member of the faculty is welcome to attend
any meeting of the Senate. Whether you can attend or not it is our desire to represent
your interest and need as best we can. Therefore, if you have any matter to bring to
our attention please either come to the meeting or call Dr. Earl Joiner's office and
he will bring it to the Senate for you. The dates of the Faculty Senate Meetings are
listed below:
October 7 February 3
November 4 March 2
December 2 April 6
January 6 May 4
The following is the list of Faculty Senate Committees recently approved to serve
for the 1975-1976 Academic year. At least two other committees will be appointed
and announced later. Although some of them have work on their agenda left over
from last year, we would welcome any suggestions which the Faculty thinks needs
their attention.
