The following faculty members have been elected to serve as Members-at-Large for a
one-year term to the Faculty Senate beginning June 1, 1974: Mr. Rob Brady, Dr. Francis
Knapp, Dr. Marc Lovelace, Dr. Elizabeth Magarian, Dr. Gene Medlin.
ENERGY CONSERVATION NOTICE: Office personnel have not had opportunity to hear discussions concerning the University's response to the energy crisis. All are now aware of the
amended academic calendar for 1974-75 because of this problem. All office personnel are
invited to attend a brief coffee break session in the Garden Room of the Cafeteria either next
Tuesday, April 30 or next Thursday, May 2, at 10:00 a. m. Modifications in building hours,
office hours, and other energy conservation plans will be discussed. We feel that you will

Educational Benefits -- Those Faculty, Administrative and Staff members who wish to
exercise or continue exercising their present Educational Benefits, (Policy 100, Paragraph 5,
Stetson University Administrative Manual, 9/1/68), are asked to comply with the following:
1. Submit to the Office of the Comptroller a written
statement naming those family members who will
be attending classes during the academic year of
1974-75.
2. Note the relationship to the Faculty, Administrative
or staff member.
3. Note the degree or non-degree intent of each listed
family member through the use of this benefit.
4. Please submit this report no later than Friday,
May 3, 1974
These verified statements of educational benefits will constitute the list of dependents eligible
to receive educational benefits.
