Commencement will be on Friday, August 9, at 8:00 p. m. , in the Elizabeth Hall Auditorium.
All Faculty members are specifically requested to plan to be in academic attire to march in
the procession, which forms at 7:30 p. m. , in the main corridor of Elizabeth Hall.
The first meeting of the General Faculty will be on Wednesday, September 11, 1974 in
Davis Hall, 9:00 a. m.
Attached is a letter from Colonel Chitty from his new assignment in Fort Leavenworth,
Kansas. He requests that it be shared by all.
A procedure has been established for organizations reserving the new Activities Center.
Information can be obtained and reservations made through Mrs. Walker of the Athletic
Department, Extension 268.
The schedule for turning in check requisitions to the Comptroller's Office is as follows:
Requisition Turned in By Check Ready
Tuesday by 8:30 a. m. Thursday, 10:00 a.m.
Friday by 8:30 a. m. Tuesday, 10:00 a.m.
The computer prints ALL University checks by this schedule.
