There are still some places in the Self-Instructional Materials Workshop scheduled to be held
January 23 -- January 25. Anyone interested in participating should get in touch with
Dean Chauvin as soon as possible.
The annual dinner and installation of officers for the West Volusia Council on Human Relations
will be on January 15. Please purchase your tickets ($3. 00 per person) before that time from
Dr. Gary Maris, Extension 234, Box 1343.
The annual meeting of the Stetson Credit Union will be held on Wednesday, January 16; at
3:30 p. m. , in Room 202, Carlton Union Building. Members of the Board of Directors and
committees which function throughout the year as volunteers urge all members to attend and
to participate in election of officers and other business matters. Earliest arrivals will receive
free gifts while the supply lasts, and a $10. 00 Book Store gift certificate will be awarded as a
door prize.

The first meeting of the Stetson Chapter of AAUP in 1974 will take place on Monday, January 21,
at 12:00 noon. A buffet luncheon will be served for $1.75. Reservations must be made by
Thursday, January 17. Phone Extension 242. Those who do not wish to eat lunch are also
welcome. The luncheon will be served in a corner of the Stetson Room.
