A REMINDER TO ALL LIBERAL ARTS FACULTY MEMBERS: Please turn in your schedule
cards to Dean Chauvin's office as soon as possible, if you have not already done so.
To Department Chairmen and Budget Supervisors: In completing requisitions and arranging
for jobs with University service departments please be certain that you or your personnel use
the correct and complete eight (8) digit account number. Having this number available when
your request is received will greatly assist us and save you time.

NOTICE: All applications for Stetson University Research Grants for the Summer of 1974
should be in the Office of the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts by November 1 9, 1973.
Every application should include the following information:
1. Name and rank
2. Number of years at Stetson
3. Number, amount, date of grants within past five years
4. Description and value of intended project
5. Amount of time necessary to complete project
6. Form results will take (concert, book, articles, etc. )
7. Place(s) work will be done
8. Amount requested (a specific budget showing how much will
be spent for travel, materials, secretarial assistance, etc. )
REMINDER: Recipients of research grants for the Summer of 1973 should file a brief report
concerning their summer activities with the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at their very
earliest convenience.
