Please Note: The grade inventory is March 26. Grades are due in the Registrar's Office on
this date.
Important Notice: There will be a meeting of the faculty of the College of Liberal Arts at
7:00 p. m. , Thursday, March 29, in the Stetson Room for the purpose of discussing the
Winter Term.
Mr. Phil Maxwell is planning to visit our campus during the week of March 26 and will be
available for consultation with faculty members regarding their retirement accounts. Annual
member reports and individual projections are complete and will either be received by the
individuals by mail prior to that week or will be distributed by Mr. Maxwell.
WARNING: Please carefully note that there is to be absolutely no parking on East Minnesota
Avenue between Elizabeth Hall and DeLand Hall. Fines have been increased and without any
further warning or statement enforcement of the "tow away zone" signs will be begun.

Annual Inventory: Department heads, budget supervisors and specific property custodians will
be requested to review and check physical properties of the University during the spring break,
March 31 to April 9, 1973. Please note that date in your calendars. Procedures and lists will
be furnished in a few days.

To All Department Heads: Please send a list of all personnel (including secretaries) in your
department to the post office, in order to expedite mail deliveries.
Gentle Reminder: The Cupola will be running columns in every issue on each school and
department. Please help us by sending information on what faculty and students are doing to
the Public Relations Office, Box 1319. The deadline is next Thursday, March 22!
