General Faculty Meeting
Room 5 L
During the recent Annual Meeting of the Southern Baptist Historical Society and the Historical
Commission, Dr. Rollin Armour was elected president of the Society. Dr. Armour has been
a member of the Commission since his election by the Convention in 1966, and has served as
vice-president of the Historical Society. Our congratulations to Dr. Armour.
The Humanities Division will meet briefly immediately after the General Faculty Meeting,
Thursday evening, May 18, in Room 5 L.
President Johns has authorized me to publicize that there will not be any change in the
academic calendar for the 1972-73 session. This means that there will be no change in the
Winter Term Program for next year. Plans are being formulated so that the faculty and the
administration can make a careful, continued study of the Winter Term at Stetson
