ALL FACULTY -- Please inform all junior students in the Humanities Division that entry
regulations and topics for Stetson's most substantial award, the Harry L. Taylor Prize,
are available through Dr. Settgast in the Foreign Language Department
Professor Michael Kaldor has just received notification that a paper co-authored by him is
presently in press. The paper is titled: "Heavy Minerals of Wando Bar and Sandy Island
(Pleistocene) Georgetown County, South Carolina. " The journal publishing the paper is
Geologic Notes of the State of South Carolina.
The below named students were absent from classes all day Friday, 5 March 1971 for the
purpose of having final-type physical examinations accomplished at the Armed Forces Entrant
and Examination Station, Jacksonville, Florida:
