HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:
Thanksgiving -- The Univers ity will observe Thanksgiving Day, November 26,
but will maintain regular working hours Friday, November 27.
Christmas -- The University will close Wednesday, December 23 at 3:30 p. m.
and reopen with regular working hours Monday morning, December 28.
New Years -- We will observe Friday, January 1. Regular hours Thursday,
December 31 and Monday, January 4 will be in effect
BLOOD DRIVE: Monday, November 16, will be the Blood Bank day for the fall term. All
faculty and staff are urged to give a pint. Stets.on Room, CUB, 9:00 - 4:00 p. m. Sponsors:
Delta Delta Delta and ROTC.
It is requested that Department Heads inform the Director of Financial Aid of all students
< n College Work Study or University Labor who cannot be gainfully employed during the
.ninimester.

Then you may want to know that he is to speak in the Mortar Board "Last Lecture" Series,
Thursday, November 12, at 8:00 p.m. in Davis Hall Auditorium. I will appreciate your
telling your students about this and I hope many of you can fit this on your agendas. If
for no other reason, come for the punch and cookies at reception afterwards.
