R EMINDER : The deadline for winter term schedules is September 21. These courses carry
5 hours credit.
PLEASE NOTE: The last day to Add was Friday, September 11. The last day to Drop is
Friday, October 2. Please do not sign any cards recommending additions or drops after these
dates.
To All Faculty Advisors: Advisees wishing to change advisor or major should be referred to
Dean Chauvin's office so the change can be recorded and made a matter of official record.
Dr. C. Carter Colwell, our Woodrow Wilson Fellowship representative, has informed us thai
the deadline for nominations for these Fellowships is October 31. All questions concerning
the program should be directed to him.
Catalogue copy must be turned in to Dr. Richard Langford by Monday, October 12. His box
is # 1305. If course titles are not descriptive of course content, short course descriptions
will be permitted. These should be brief - - no more than 10 - 20 words -- and may be edited
by Dr. Langford, if necessary.
Photography coverage for news events must be requested in advance with Miss Judy Ausley,
Extension 252. News photography will be arranged only by the Public Relations Department.
Outside photographers understand they may accept work requests only in the form of Purchase
Orders issued by the Purchasing Department.
Any newsworthy items should be reported to Miss Judy Ausley, Public Relations. She will
