REMINDER: Preregistration for the winter term and spring semester will be November 18,
19, and 20.
Mr. Adalbert de Segonzac, the North American correspondent of the French daily newspaper "France-Soir," will be on campus Tuesday, November 17. Mr. de Segonzac,
wnose topic is expected to be the Middle East, will hold a question and answer period at
3:30 p. m. in the Stetson Room, and deliver a formal address at 8 p.m. in the Elizabeth
Hall auditorium.
If you know a Mexican American, Puerto Rican, Black American, or American Indian who
has previously pursued or is now pursuing graduate study, the Ford Foundation is offering
advanced study fellowships for these groups. Check with Mrs. Clingman, 206 Sampson
(mornings only, for further information.

For the Thanksgiving Recess, International Students usually make their own plans. A few,
however, remain in DeLand. If you would like to entertain one or more of these students
for Thanksgiving dinner, please call Mrs. Sara Jernigan, extension 269 or box #1339, and
let her (as Chairman of the Sub-Committee for Hospitality for the Foreign Students Committee) make the necessary arrangements.

maintain regular working hours Friday, November 27.
