F-lbright Award
Miss Elizabeth Barnes has been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study Slovic languages
and literature in the University of Vienna. Miss Barnes is a senior majoring in Russian under
Professor Alssen.
The Public Relations Office received the following request from the Education Commission of the
Southern Baptist Convention:
We need good articles of 1200-1600 words on higher educational subjects and
Christian education itself. If a professor has found that some teaching idea or
experience has worked well, this could make an article. Note the type we have
published in recent issues. Theological treatises generally do not fit our needs.
We cannot pay for articles. At least one picture can be used if related to the
article.
If you are interested in submitting an article, please channel it through the Public Relations
office. Thank you.
