The University of Oklahoma Press has announced that Alexander Hamilton and American
Foreign Policy, by Gilbert Lycan, will be published in August, 1969. Pre-publication
announcements describe this 500-page book as a "penetrating assessment" and a "carefully
documented account" of Hamilton's achievements in foreign policy.
