COMMENCEMENT: The order of march for the two academic events will be posted
just prior to each. Please check your regalia some days ahead!
REMINDER: Faculty members are especially invited to the School of Business Reception, the President's Reception, and the Coffee following Commencement. Those
who have not returned their reservation form to Dean Turner's Office are urged
to do so, but if you forget you will still be welcome.
NEXT BULLETIN: June 18.
SEPTEMBER OPENING: You will probably not receive a letter from this office this
summer. The Faculty Committee planning the opening conference has decided upon
a meeting beginning Saturday morning, September 22, at 9:00 o'clock. The location villi be announced by a memo in your University Post Office box just prior
to that time.
SUMMER TRAVEL: The Hilton-Statler Hotels offer special rates to students and
faculty members. If interested, pick up a brochure in this office.
CLEAN-UP AND CHECK-UP: Please remove any personal items from classrooms and
bulletin boards at the end of the term. Also, if you are aware of repairs that
are needed, leave a memo at this office. Suggested check-list: special cleaning
needs, small repairs, broken sash cords, floors, furniture, equipment to be
stored, repaired, etc,
CALENDAR CORRECTION: The Thanksgiving recess is November 21-26, not as in the
new Catalogue,

against 340 at that time in 1955.
