NOTICE to all Faculty : Students and alumni have asked for a convocation at
Homecoming on Saturday, February 20. It will be full-dress ; that is, robes for
faculty and seniors and Trustees who will be here for their annual meeting. Please
place your order with Everett Johnson today or tomorrow for robes, hoods, and
caps. It will probably be necessary to wire as it is. Late orders may not be filled.
IMPORTANT NOTICE : There will be no Chapel service next week on Wednesday,
February 10, because on Friday, February 12, at 10 A. M. we will have our fourth
Convocation at the First Baptist Church. Dr. Dale Moody, Professor of Systematic Theology at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, will be our speaker.
We urge one and all to attend this most important service. In order that we may
start promptly, the bell will ring five minutes early. Please cooperate by dismissing your classes immediately after the bell rings. All administrative offices
on the campus will be closed during Convocation, as well as the Library and the
Hat Rack.
