FINAL EXAMINATIONS:
Examinations to be proctored must be typed with full instructions and
left in a sealed envelope bearing the names of the examinees, the name of the
course, and of the instructor, and the time of the examination, at Dean Hopkins'
Office not later than one examination period prior to the time needed.
Classes for all students vrill be held through Wednesday, May 23,
Where examination conflicts involve only one or two students, instructors
should arrange the necessary examinations at the most advantageous time, reporting the hours and names of examinees to the office of Dean Hopkins.
Examinations for graduating seniors (only those on the attached list)
must be given according to the schedule and must be completed Tuesday, toy 29.
Notice especially that graduating seniors in 12:00, 1:00, and 2:00 o'clock
classes must be given special examinations apart from the class, the regular
time for which is later in the schedule. Seniors in all other classes will be
examined with the class, except for conflicts.
Grades for graduating seniors are due in the Registrar's Office by noon
Wednesday, May 30; for all other students by noon Monday, June 4.
Instructors are reminded of the University rule that grades are not given
to students by teachers at the end of any semester.
See your Faculty Handbook statement for May 16, 1955 for University policy
concerning examinations.
