FACULTY FAMILY PICNIC: Will be held Saturday afternoon, May 12 at Burt's Park.
Each family may bring thsir own picnic lunch or reserve box lunches. Reservations
should be in Dean Turner's Office by May 9. Box lunches are 75 cents and must
be paid for in advance. Families are invited to come to the park as early as they
wish to swim, boat, etc. Admission to the park is 20 cents for adults, 10 cents
for children under 6 — no charge for babies. .
ROTC MILITARY FIELD DAY: All students end faculty~are invited to the ROTC Hili-
tary Field Day to be held at Hulley Field, Monday. May 7 from 3:30 to 5:30 P.M.
KING OF HEARTS, Stover Theatre's last production for this season is a comedy under
the direction of Dr. 0, G, Brockett. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, toy 9, at the
Stover Theatre box office from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Admission is ;1.00; activity
tickets and season passes will be honored. The box office will remain open
through Saturday afternoon as long as tickets are available.
Mrs. Martha Home, Personnel Director of the State Department of Public Welfare,
will address students at 1:00 P.M., May 10 in 209 E. Anyone wishing to schedule
an interview with Mrs. Home should contact Dr. Melvin Williams or his secretary
of the Sociology Department.
