NEW PROCEDURE FOR CHANGS OF REGISTRATION.: If a student desires to add or drop a
course after he has completed his registration, he must first secure the approval
of his faculty adviser. Changes which are recommended by the faculty adviser will
then be reviewed by the dean of the school in which the student is registered.
If proper advising has occurred at the time of registration, it is assumed that very
few changes will be necessary. Forms for this purpose may be found in the faculty
adviser folders. Monday, October 3 is the last day to change courses,
CHAPEL SEATING FOR FACULTY MEMBERS: The two back rows in Sections C and D are
reserved for faculty members,
FACULTY PARKING AMD AUTOMOBILE REGISTRATION: The Traffic Committee has reserved a
series of number decals for faculty cars. Automobiles bearing these numbers will
be provided with parking spaces and their violations of campus traffic rules will
be reported to this office, as students do not wish to handle them. Your decal
should be obtained from Mrs. McKenzie in this office this week,
CLASS CARDS: You will receive a class card for every student who has completed
his registration and cleared through the Business Office. It is important that you
report any discrepancy between the number of students reporting to your class and
the number of class cards received. This information goes to the Registrar,
FACULTY SCHEDULE CARDS: If you do not receive two schedule cards with this Bulletin,
please obtain them from the Post Office or this Office. Please return both cards to
this office following the second meeting of each of your classes,
FACULTY DIRECTORY: Please be certain that any change of address or telephone number
has been registered in this office so the Faculty Directory will be correct,
RETIREMENT PLAN: It has not been possible to arrange the details of these matters
in time for faculty members to consider the plans prior to this pay-day. Information
will be made available at the earliest possible moment; the Business Office will
handle deductions for the year for those newly electing to join by taking the total
amount out of the remainder of the member's salary, if he so desires,

THE LIBRARY LACKS t&JTfcigust 2i and August 28 issues of the New York Herald Tribune
Book Review. If any faculty member could supply a copy of either it would be
greatly appreciated.
