COMMENCEMENT:- Faculty Order of March for Baccalaureate and Commencement services
will be posted on the bulletin boards for this office and the office of the Dean
of Men just prior to each event. Please obtain your position in line each time
from the lists. Faculty Marshalls are Professors Lowry and Johns. It is suggested
that regalia be taken out of mothballs early and cleaned and/or pressed as needed,
Let us remind you again of the President's Reception Sunday afternoon and
the Coffee at Chaudoin following Commencement. It goes without saying that all
faculty members are expected at Baccalaureate and Commencement unless excused.
Tickets (one to each faculty family) for the reserved section in case of rain (in
Elizabeth Hall) may be obtained at the Bookstore.
*FAMILY LIFE WORKSHOP June 20 - 2l*: Faculty members and their wives are welcome.
However, please note that the Workshop is not open to the public except by
registration and payment of tho $10 fee, so kindly do not bring guests.
BE LEON SPRINGS PASSES are valid as stated on them, rumor to the contrary notwithstanding.
SUMMER ADDRESSES: Please leave them at this office if you are to bo away for any
length of time, are moving, etc,
A reception will follow tho presentation of Secretarial Certificates on Saturday
afternoon, in Chaudoin Hall, to which all faculty members are invited.
