«THE FACULTY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, which meets Monday, October 17, at 7:30 P.M., in
Chaudoin Parlors, invites all interested members of the faculty to its discussions.
Subject for this week: The first two chapters of Hordern's book, "A Layman's Guide
to Protestant Theology,"
** A.A.U.P. An organizational meeting of A.A.U.P. was held on Tuesday, October 11.
John Hicks was elected president of the proposed chapter, and Miss Maxine L.
Patterson was elected secretary-treasurer. Faculty members interested in joining
A.A.U.P. are requested to attend the above scheduled meeting.
*w*»UNIVERSITY FACULTY MEETING: Friday. October 21. at 10:00 A.M. in Allen Hall.
The meeting will be devoted to the first of a series of reviews of the work of
University committees. The Admissions Committee will report this week. Questions
will be invited,
^MEMBERS OF THE FACULTY are invited to attend the Florida Citizenship Clearing
House regional conference to be held in Allen Hall on Saturday, October 22, The
conference will convene at 10:30, and Senator Holland will be the principal speaker.
C.P.A. REVIEW AND STAFF TRAINING COURSE: This training course will be offered by
Stetson for the fifth time, beginning October 24 and continuing through November 5.
Classes will meet in Room 106 B from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. daily, Monday through
Friday, and from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon Saturdays, under Dr. Beights.
