Please make these out in duplicate and turn in to this office at once.
AIR AND FOREIGN MAIL: Please remind your secretary, and keep in mind yourself,
that air mail and foreign mail should be handed to the attendant in the postoffice.
If it is put in the chute for metered mail, it will be stamped automatically for
regular first class: Jtt&l. and will be delated a day or more.
PARKING: The Traffic Committee requests that the spaces for visitors' parking be
kept clear, and faculty members are asked not to use those spaces. If you are in
need of a parking space, please apply at the Business Office for assignment. The
Traffic Committee plans to start handing out parking tickets in the near future and
will report unauthorized use of parking space to the office of the Dean of Men.
