SCHEDULE CARDS: Please complete the enclosed Faculty Schedule Cards
and return to this office by Wednesday, June 23rd.
CLASS CARDS: It is important that until classes are settled class
cards be checked daily and any irregularities reported immediately to
the Registrar's Office.
ABSENCES": Two consecutive absences must be reported at once to this
office.
CANDIDATES FOR DEGREES IN AUGUST should be reminded that they must
spply at the Registrar's Office immediately.
CLASSES should be checked carefully to be certain that freshmen and
sophomores are not enrolled in upper division classes without permission, from the Dean of their College or School.
SUMMER SCHEDULE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES: Beginning June 21, office
hours will be tf:00~"A.M. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.,
five days a week. Offices will be closed on Saturdays with one administrative officer on duty each Saturday morning. These hours will be
in effect until September 4th.
NEW ADDRESS: Captain and Mrs. Irish extend a welcome to their Stetson
friends to their new home — 28l4 Fairmount Street, Augusta, Georgia;
office, Student PMGS, Camp Gordon, Georgia — and hope that they will
stop for a visit when in that vicinity.
HOLIDAY^ Please announce to all classes that Monday, July 5th will be
a holiday. No classes will be held and all administrative offices will
be closed on that date.
