LEGITIMATE ABSENCES: James T. Murphy was absent from classes on
April 6th in order to take a physical examination at the Orlando Air
Force Base. The following missed classes after 9:00 A.M., Thursday,
April 8 to play in a golf match: Jim Bryan, George Herndon, Dave
Howard, Bill Kaleel, and Pete Vas. The following students attended the
convention of the Florida Education Association and the Florida Association of the Future Teachers of America in Miami on April 8th, 9th, and
10th: Marilyn Barber, Shirley Gustine, Helen Harper, B. J. Henderson,
and Joanne Jessee. The following men were absent after their 10:00 A.M.
classes on April 7th due to a baseball game: Jim Bedan, Jerry Boxer,
Jack Crouch, Bob Crumpton, Dick Gamble, Dick Harmerling, Jerry Hopkins,
