LEGITIMaTJE ABSENCES: John Temoshchuk missed classes December 9-11 to drive the
basketball team to one of their out-of-town games. William Layer missed classes
Wednesday morning, December 9, in order to make a scouting trip to Tallahassee.
The following students missed classes the afternoon of Wednesday, December 16 in
order to play St. Petersburg Jr. College: John Blue, Roger Erickson, George Painter
Richard Hopkins, and Jack Oksnee, The following students missed classes December 18,
19, in connection with the basketball trip to Tallahassee: John Blue, Jim Carlin,
Ted Cassidy, Bobby Crumpton, David M. Foster, William M. Garrett, Edwin Hansel,
Dave Howard, John Imgrund, Bill Reynolds, Richard Silvers, John Richard Smith, Jim
Yonge, and John Edwards. The following students missed classes after 2:00 P.M. on

lectures dealing with contemporary affairs, based on the New York Times film strips...
given by various members of the faculty. Students, faculty, and guests are welcome.
The film strips will subsequently be available for class and other educational use.
MIDYEAR GRADUATION. An informal breakfast for those students completing their degr.
requirements in February but who cannot wait for the June Commencement will be held
February 1* for them. Stated otherwise this means that there will be no February
Commencement.
