The following day repairs were effected to replace the rails at a cost lo the University of $a6.tKi. Shortly after, a preliminary announcement came that fee residents ot Upper 3 and 3 wettld be required to make proper restitution. A meeting was called for Tuesday rsite to discuss the problem.
