PETERSBURG, FLORIDA Stetson University swept the Florida field in this City's annual Sunshine Festival Outstanding Collegiate Youth Contest with two undergraduates, William Reynolds Allen of Wauchula and Amelia Josephine Yysek o f Tampa, taking top honors in the statewide eliminations for the tri- state contest on March 24th. The winners will fly to St. Petersburg on March 23rd to compete for the title of outstanding Collegiate Youth with winners from Georgia and Alabama. The two final winners, a boy and a girl, will be announced and presented at the Sun Goddess Coronation Ball on March 24th and all six contestants will occupy positions of honor, in caps and gowns, on the laiigest parade float in the world, 150 feet long, in the Sunshine Festival Parade on March '25th. His office controls the funds allocated for the ROTC program within IV Corps to included pay for ROTC students during summer camp.
