Did you go to the game Friday ? 48 to 0. Well, may be that's crossing the goal line occasionally in 42 minutes. We didn't expect it either. To tell the truth we were a little bit nervous; they were such a husky bunch. But it turned out that they were only a bunch while we were a team. Capt. Botts won the toss and chose to receive the ball at the east goal. The Army delivered a 33 yard kick to Wilder, who carried it back 10, Stetson by end runs, varied with occasional line bucks swept up the field for a touchdown in four minutes. Kirby kicked the goal. Botts kicked off to the Indian quarterback of the Army team, who returned it 5 yards but fumbled it to Stetson on a pass. Stetson took the ball on Army's 45 yard line and made the next touchdown in 6 plays. Kirby kicked the goal. Kirby kicked to the Army who failed to make first down and the ball was Stetson's on the Army's 30 yard line. Touchdown in 5 plays. Kirly failed to kick goal. Army lost ball on fumble and Kirby kicked goal from placement. Kirby kicked off to Army's 20 yard line, returned 5 yards. Army penalized 15 yards for illegal formation; punted 27 yards. Kirby runs 35 yards for touchdown, Army kicked to Hall, who returned 10 yards. Kirby punted 40 yards, Army fumbled, Botts fell on ball.
