A campus map of John B. Stetson University drawn at a 60' to 1"" scale depicts University property from (north-south) Pennsylvania Avenue to Michigan Avenue and between (east-west) Florida Avenue and N. Hayden Avenue. The 1938-1939 surveying class completed the original survey. The 1947-1948 surveying class corrected the original survey. Tom Flanagan drew the campus map. Campus buildings and facilities present on the map include: the President's Home; Science Hall with a powerhouse and warehouse nearby; Cumming's Gym; Tennis Courts; Stover Theater; Stevens Hall; Brittain Hall; Hulley Athletic Field; Home of Ground Superintendent.; Chaudoin Hall; Hulley Tower; Piano Box; DeLand Hall; Soda Shop; Elizabeth Hall; Sampson's Library; Holmes Hall; Stetson Hall; Commons; Hulley Gym; Band Hall; Conrad Hall; Pi Kap House; and additional Tennis Courts adjacent to the Sigma Nu property. The Winters property (adjacent to Cummings Gym) and the Hon property (behind Science Hall, powerhouse, and warehouse) also appear on the map. Fence lines separated campus from the surrounding properties.
