Natasha Ramnauth, Student Counseling Services Therapist, explores the impact of social media on the mental health of students and how we can utilize social media in positive ways. The workshop is part of Student Counseling Services' Spring 2019 John B. Well Workshop Series, entitled ""Dimensions of Wellness: How Do I Use These Things?"" The wellness workshop featured different wellness dimensions each month. January focused on the physical dimension; February on the social and emotional; March on the spiritual; and April on the environmental. Cultural credit available.
